Senior Gentran Intergration Suite Engineer/Consultant---Location: South San Francisco, CA

This position is a biotech and FDA environment

Position Details:
Engineers integration with Security Data Store and maintains the data storeThis person will be the lead developer for designing,coding, testing, and implementing B2B/EAI solutions for the CIT Architecture& Engineering group.

Responsibilities will include:Design and Implement B2B/EAI solutions using Gentran Integration SuiteConduct architecture/design reviews, gap analysis, and assessments to ensurequality solutions are specified and delivered to clientsInstallation, configuration, setup and testing of GIS software at clientslocationsResponsible for leading and providing support for all aspects of the GISimplementation processProvide related operational and administration training to clientsCollaborating with business groups and CIT security architects to design andimplement B2B solutions with existing IT security solution andinfrastructureSupporting and troubleshooting production systems as required optimizingsecurity performance and reliability.Working closely with Operations to deploy the B2B gateway solution


Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of GIS on various platforms and versions from 3.x to 4.x
  • 2-3+ years of GIS experience
  • 5+ years or relevant technical consulting experience with at least 3 yearsproviding end-to-end B2B solutions
  • Experience in design and implementation of business processes usingBPML/BPEL
  • Experience in integrating with CA SiteMinder, SunOne Waveset IdentityManagement systems
  • Extensive knowledge of EDI and related technologies
  • Vertical experience in Automotive, Retail, Life Science a major plus
  • Must have strong technical knowledge with the majority of the following:Java: J2EE, JDBC, JDK, JVM, JVM, Directory Services (JNDI), ApplicationServers (JBoss, etc.) XForms, ApacheXML: DTD, Schema, BPML, BPEL, XPath, XQuery, XSLTWeb Services/SOA, WSDL, SOAP
  • Protocols/Standards : AS1/AS2, EDI, POP/SMTP, SOAP, FTP, HTTP
  • Internet Security
  • OS knowledge: Unix, Linux, Windows, Mac
  • DB knowledge: MSSQL, Oracle
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience with SDLC process, RUP, and UML modeling.
  • Ability to mentor junior application developers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education:
BS or higher is required!
